Our Patient Portal is for our patients to access their medical history and information. You will be given logon credentials which you will use to access the Portal. The Patient Portal is a website that is hosted by, and integrated with our medical sofware systems provider, eClinicals. Your information is secure and confidential - please keep your username and password safe, to protect your personal information.

You can access the Patient Portal from any computer with an Internet connection. The link is on the right side of all of our web pages, or you can add the link to your browser's bookmarks, or favorites.
